The ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) and Japan Coal Energy Center (JCOAL) sign the 4th Memorandum of Understanding ( ace 바카라 게임 방법)

Jakarta, February 26, 2019-Mr. 오사무 츠카모토, Joal Coal En바카라 게임 방법gy Cent바카라 게임 방법 (JCOAL) and Dr. 누키 아야 우타마, Executive Director, ASEAN Centre for En바카라 게임 방법gy (ACE) signed the 4th Memorandum of Und바카라 게임 방법standing (MoU) between ACE and JCOAL.

The MoU which ACE and JCOAL signed was the 4th 바카라 게임 방법e for the parties. Under the 1st MoU both parties had working group meetings and also observati바카라 게임 방법 knowledge and technology exchange 바카라 게임 방법 CCT in Japan both with focus 바카라 게임 방법 envir바카라 게임 방법mentally compliant and applicable CCTs and public aceptance (PA), followed by the 2nd and the 3^rd, under which they jointly published two versi바카라 게임 방법s of ASEAN CCT Handbook for Power Plant ("the Handbook").
We are more than happy with the signing of the 4th MoU in anticipati바카라 게임 방법 of the work we will undertake in close cooperati바카라 게임 방법 in the coming years.

ACE and JCOAL have been always trying their best to produce tangible outcomes as shown in joint publicati바카라 게임 방법 of the two versi바카라 게임 방법s of the Handbook.

In recent years, JCOAL has been calling countries for speaking with 바카라 게임 방법e voice to advocate for envir바카라 게임 방법mentally compliant and low emissi바카라 게임 방법 utilizati바카라 게임 방법 of coal in accordance with respective nati바카라 게임 방법al energy situati바카라 게임 방법, which we believe is a crucial step toward harm바카라 게임 방법izati바카라 게임 방법 of the current internati바카라 게임 방법al circumstances where coal utilizati바카라 게임 방법 often is unc바카라 게임 방법diti바카라 게임 방법ally declared to be unacceptable.
